Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Elovuni™ online store, operated by Guangzhou Huajiasha Decoration Design Co., Ltd. They explain important information about ordering, payment, fulfillment, product use, and the support available when questions arise.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. Please review the product page, checkout information, and relevant store policies before submitting your order. If any part of the order information is unclear, contact customer support before completing checkout.

Additional terms from a payment provider or carrier may apply to services they provide. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Placing an Order

When submitting an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and for using a payment method that you are authorized to use. Please check product selections, quantities, addresses, and any available options carefully.

An order submission is subject to payment authorization, product availability, and any applicable verification procedures. An automated receipt or acknowledgment may confirm that we received your request but does not necessarily mean that fulfillment has begun.

If information is incomplete or a transaction needs clarification, we may contact you using the details provided at checkout. Delays in responding may affect fulfillment. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about an appropriate resolution.

Products, Descriptions & Appearance

We aim to describe fireplace tools, decorative accessories, textiles, and home accents in understandable terms, including relevant materials, dimensions, finishes, and intended uses when available. The specific product page is the primary place to review the details of an item before purchasing.

Minor variations in color, texture, appearance, or finish can occur because of lighting, screen settings, or ordinary manufacturing differences. Illustrative room scenes may include furniture or accessories not included with the product being sold.

Before purchasing, please check measurements, configuration, installation needs, compatibility, and safety instructions. If a listing offers different variants or sets, confirm which version you selected.

Prices, Taxes & Payments

Current product prices and applicable charges are presented on the product page or during checkout, as relevant. Before placing an order, you can review the subtotal, discounts where applicable, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and total payment amount.

Payment options depend on the methods actually offered at checkout. A payment provider may perform authorization, authentication, or fraud-prevention checks. A payment authorization or temporary hold is not always the same as a completed charge.

If we identify a genuine pricing, description, or listing error that materially affects an order, we may contact the affected customer to clarify the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law. We do not guarantee that every payment method is available for every destination or transaction.

Processing & Delivery

Our proposed standard order processing period is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, fulfillment may take approximately 5 business days. These estimates refer to processing before dispatch and should not be added into a single shipping-transit promise.

For supported United States destinations, estimated standard shipping transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch, as described in our Shipping Policy. Processing and shipping-transit periods are calculated separately. Actual delivery may be affected by carriers, customs where applicable, weather, holidays, address issues, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

Shipping fees and available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Tracking details are provided when tracking is available. Please see the store’s Shipping Policy for further information about the applicable delivery arrangements.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Not every item or situation necessarily qualifies for a return.

Please contact support before sending merchandise back. When a return is approved, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return destination. The company’s registered business address is not automatically a returns facility and must not be used for return shipments unless expressly authorized.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after a return has been received and inspected. The time needed for funds to appear in the original payment account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. Nothing in this section reduces any mandatory statutory rights.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to correct an address, change an item, or request cancellation, contact service@elovuni.com as promptly as possible and include your order number. We will review the request based on the status of the order.

Changes or cancellations may be possible before fulfillment begins but cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, been dispatched, or otherwise progressed beyond the stage where changes can reasonably be made, it may be necessary to follow the applicable return procedure instead.

Safe Use Around the Hearth

Fireplace tools and hearth-inspired decorations should be used only for their stated purposes and in accordance with the instructions that accompany the product. The presence of a product in a fireplace-themed photograph does not, by itself, establish heat resistance or compatibility with a particular fireplace.

Check the fireplace manufacturer’s requirements, dimensions, proper clearances, applicable building or fire-safety rules, and any product-specific warnings. Keep decorative objects, fabrics, baskets, candles, and other potentially combustible materials away from flames and high-temperature surfaces unless the product is explicitly rated and suitable for that use.

Children and pets should be supervised around active fireplaces, hot equipment, and open flames. If you are unsure whether an accessory is suitable for your setup, consult the product instructions and an appropriately qualified professional before use.

Website Availability & Updates

We aim to maintain accurate product information and a functional shopping experience. From time to time, a listing or website feature may require correction or updating, and some products or options may become unavailable.

We may update product details, available designs, or website information when appropriate. Such updates do not override rights or obligations already established for an accepted purchase, except where applicable law permits or the parties agree to a lawful resolution.

Consumer Protection

These Terms are intended to explain our shopping practices, not to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived. Applicable consumer protection rules may provide additional rights or remedies regarding defective products, misleading descriptions, delivery, refunds, or other purchasing issues.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law, the applicable law will take precedence to the extent of the conflict. Remaining provisions will continue to apply as permitted by law.

Where changes materially affect a previously placed order, the terms applicable to that order and any mandatory customer protections will be considered. If you need clarification about which terms apply to a purchase, contact our team with the order date and number.
